Wedding app

The wedding app for your big day.

The event website for your guests and, behind it, one place for RSVPs, dietary needs and tables: no spreadsheets, no messages to chase. Custom designed and built, like the one I made for my own wedding.

For guests
One link, no app
For you
RSVPs, menus and tables

Custom, from scratch

For your guests

Everything they need to know, in one link.

  1. (01)

    The event website

The countdown, the venues, the schedule of the day and the suppliers: all in one link to send with the invitation.

  2. (02)

    A login for every invitation

Every family signs in with its own code, printed on the invitation or sent by message, and sees only its own invitation.

  3. (03)

    Guided RSVPs

A few steps to say who's coming, person by person, with the option to change everything until the deadline.

  4. (04)

    Menus, allergies and intolerances

Kids' menus, dietary preferences, allergies and intolerances for each guest, written by the guests and not copied out by you.

  5. (05)

    Lifts

Anyone who needs a lift says so in their RSVP, so you know in time to sort it out.

  6. (06)

    Calendar reminders

Date and venue go into the phone's calendar in a tap: nobody forgets.

For the two of you

Everything else, in one place.

Table plannerExample: Giulia and Marco are an invented couple.
  1. 01

    The couple's dashboard

Invitations, guests and replies in an admin panel: who has confirmed, who's missing, how many you are.

  2. 02

    Automatic emails

Logins to the guests, reminders to those who haven't replied yet and an email to you for every RSVP.

  3. 03

    Table planner

The tables on a map of the room: move guests and groups from one table to another, with dietary needs always in sight.

  4. 04

    Exports

The lists of guests, menus and tables in a file, ready to send to whoever needs them.

  5. 05

    Access for suppliers

The wedding planner, photographer and caterer have their own login and find what they need, without asking you.

  6. 06

    Made to measure

The colours and style of your wedding, not a template like everyone else's: I design it from scratch, then build it.

How it works

From the first message to the big day.

  1. 01

    We talk

Tell me the date, the venues, how many guests and what you need: RSVPs, tables, suppliers, or just the event website.

  2. 02

    The design

I design the site in the style of your wedding and show it to you before building it.

  3. 03

    The invitations

We load the guest list and I prepare the codes, to print on the invitations or send by message and email.

  4. 04

    RSVPs and tables

The replies come in on their own: you plan the tables and send the lists to the caterer.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What couples ask me most often. For anything else, write to me.

01What is a wedding app?

It's your wedding website with the RSVPs built in: guests open it from their phone, find the details of the day and reply online; you collect attendance, menus and allergies in one place and plan the tables.

02Do guests have to download anything?

No: it's a website, it opens from a link on any phone or computer. No account to create: the invitation code is enough.

03How is it different from an online form?

A form collects answers; a wedding app knows who is invited. Every family sees only its own invitation, the replies land in the right place, the tables are planned with dietary needs in front of you and everyone working on the event has their own login.

04When should we start?

Before sending the invitations, so the link and the invitation codes can go in them. If they're already out, the codes can be sent by message or email.

05Can it be in more than one language?

Yes: for guests coming from abroad the site can be in Italian and English, or in whatever languages you need.

06Do you only work in Turin?

I work from Turin, but a wedding app doesn't need meetings in person: everything happens online, wherever you're getting married.
