These terms govern the use of the filecc.dev website (the “Site”), run by Filippo Giampapa, Torino. By using the Site you accept them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What the Site is
The Site is the professional portfolio of Filippo Giampapa: it presents web design and development services and the projects delivered. Information about services, timing and availability is indicative and is not a contractual offer: every engagement is governed by a separate written quote or contract.
Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, design, code, logo and the “filecc” brand belong to Filippo Giampapa or are used under licence, and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941) and industrial property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission; you may quote them with a link to the Site.
The projects shown, with their names, brands, images and content, belong to their respective clients and owners and are presented only to document the work done. If you own any of that content and want it removed, write to me.
Open source fonts and libraries used by the Site remain subject to their own licences.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal and informational purposes. You may not try to access non-public parts of the Site or the systems that host it, disrupt it, extract its content automatically and in bulk, or use it for unlawful purposes.
External links
The Site links to third-party sites (the projects, GitHub, WhatsApp and others). I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content, services or data processing: their own terms apply.
Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. I work to keep it accurate, up to date and reachable, but I can’t guarantee it’s error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for damage arising from the use of the Site or from being unable to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code) and without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
Privacy
How I process personal data is explained in the privacy and cookie policy.
Changes
I may update these terms; the version published here, with the date at the top, is the one in force.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer lives or is domiciled has jurisdiction (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code); in all other cases, the courts of Torino.
